Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Ready to ship tumblers will ship out within 3-5 business days. That does not include weekends or the amount of time it takes for you to recieve it from the carrier.

Custom epoxy tumblers 4-6 Weeks does not include time for carrier to deliver.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations:

Custom orders will not be returned or refunded. Orders can cancelled within an hour of placing but not after that.

Care Instructions

IMPORTANT HANDWASH ONLY, Do not scrub with abrasive materials. Do not soak in hot water. Do not drop. Do not leave in a hot car. Tumblers will last a very long time if you care for them properly.

BE SURE TO CLEAN YOUR O-RING ON THE LID. THEY DO COME OFF AND CAN BE CLEANED.
